Terms of service
These terms cover bookings made at mytelluridechristmas.com with My Telluride Christmas, a Colorado business born in Telluride in 2015 and owned and operated by longtime locals.
- What you are buying. A seasonal rental of a decorated tree, greenery, or both, plus delivery, setup, styling, and teardown at one property for one set of dates. Trees, ornaments, lights, stands, and skirts remain our property and come back to us at teardown. Fresh greenery is yours to keep.
- Dates and access. You agree to give us accurate arrival and departure dates and a working way into the property. If we arrive on the scheduled day and cannot get in, we will try to reach you, and a return trip may carry a fee. We will always tell you before charging.
- Care of the decor. Please keep trees away from fireplaces, heaters, and candles, and keep pets and little hands off the ornaments. Ordinary wear is expected. Missing or broken ornaments, lights, or stands beyond ordinary wear may be charged at replacement cost; we will always tell you before charging.
- Cancellations, changes, and weather follow our Cancellations and changes policy and our Delivery and install policy, which are part of these terms.
- Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full at checkout. Custom decor is quoted separately and confirmed by email before any work begins.
- Liability. We are insured and treat your home as carefully as our own. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We are not responsible for damage caused by pets, guests, or moving the decor after we have set it up.
- Privacy. Your access codes and notes are used only to schedule and complete your install and are not shared. See our Privacy policy.
